A true servant: Karen is someone who will do anything for anybody. The care that she puts into making sure our church looks and functions the best that it can is so appreciated! She’s also a pretty good cook!

My favorite thing to do is to walk around the building or outside asking God to please show me what can I do so that groups meeting here can focus on Bible study, discipleship and caring for others. Often, God gives me an idea, which I complete. Glory to God about the suggestions He has made, and the ways it has helped the church body. To me, facility management is living out Colossians 3:23 Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters. This building is a gift from God, and I try to balance caring for and maintaining what He has given us, with the hope that the building is used as much as possible. – Karen
